The Food ministry has a need for a volunteer who can help with washing dishes during and after events.
To share the love of God with people through one of the basic needs that all people share, the need for nourishment.

The Usher Team is part of the first impressions team. They provide the newcomer with a smiling face, a warm handshake, and a friendly greeting along with direction in finding a seat. As well the Usher Team handle crowd control, answer a multitude of questions and take up offering.
The primary goal of our team is to support the goals of our church by presenting the first connection of People's Church as a warm and friendly place.
The Usher requires hosting skills, a comfort with interacting with people, and problem solving. After joining the team you will be trained in:
It is the responsibility of the Usher to be onsite one half hour before service starts. That they have the required nametag on for easy identification for the new guest.

The Parking team is the first team of people that attendees and visitors meet. The Parking team is the first to present People's Church's warm & welcoming atmosphere.
The primary goal of our team is to support the goals of our church by presenting the first connection of People's Church as a service-minded place, which relieves the anxiety of a guest trying to find convenient parking.
The Parking position requires the ability to direct people to a parking space in a pleasant, confident way.
It is the responsibility of the parker to be onsite one half hour before service starts. That they have the required vest and batons on for easy identification for the new guest.

Grand Central is part of the first impressions team. It is an area that provides the newcomer with information on People's Church, Sermon CD's, Resource Books, and takes interac payment for Tithes and Offering.
The primary goal of our team is to serve the goals of our church to the attendees by representing People's Church in an easy access way. Easy access to information; easy access to resources and easy access to service.
The Grand Central Team requires hosting skills, a comfort with interacting with people, and problem solving. After joining the team you will be trained in:

The Greeters is one of the first teams of people that attendees and visitors meet. They provide the newcomer with a smiling face, a warm handshake, and a friendly greeting and can provide quick info reference, which makes the newcomer feel welcome.
The primary goal of our team is to support the goals of our church by presenting the first connection of People's Church as a warm and friendly place.
The Greeter requires hosting skills, a comfort with interacting with people and smile. After joining the team you will be trained in:
It is the responsibility of the Greeter to be onsite one half hour before service starts. That they have the required name tag on for easy identification for the new guest.
TIME COMMITMENT – Although you may choose the frequency to which you serve, ideally the minimum would be once a month.
It is the beautifying of the outside grounds of the Church Property. It could be Daily, Weekly or once a Year.
The primary goal of our team is to support the goals of our church through high quality creative support on our outside appearance. We strive to enhance the experience of our guest by presenting an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
You need to enjoy working outside, knowledge of outdoor equipment, basic knowledge of garden care, lawn care, parking lot maintenance, etc.
The responsibilities of this area are to present a warm and inviting outdoor experience to the public.
TIME COMMITMENT – Although you may choose the frequency to which you serve, ideally the minimum would be once a week during the summer months.
By presenting to our guests an environment of excellence in the overall presentation of our building.
The primary goal of our team is to support the goals of our church through high quality creative support on our inside appearance. We strive to enhance the experience of our guest by presenting an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
You need to enjoy physical work, such as wiping, sweeping, washing and waxing. You also need a good eye to identify the needs of the building.
The responsibilities of this area is to present a fresh and inviting experience to the public.
TIME COMMITMENT – Although you may choose the frequency to which you serve, it will vary as need occurs.
To repair, renovate and address any needs of our building.
The primary goal of our team is to support the goals of our church through high quality creative support on our inside appearance. We strive to enhance the experience of our guest by presenting an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.
You need to enjoy handyman work, such as carpentry, electrical maintenance, and wear and tear upkeep of a building.
The responsibilities of this area is to present a fresh and inviting experience to the public.
TIME COMMITMENT – Although you may choose the frequency to which you serve, it will vary as need occurs.
To inspire others by using gifts to write and create music, poetry, art or drama.
Advanced skills or basic skills with a commitment to developing.
3 month trial: At this time a discussion will take place to answer questions like:
Further Commitments: To be constantly working at writing or creating so that these creations can be used to illustrate or enhance what God is speaking to the church.
To use gifts as a support to drama in any way that is needed
Making or gathering props or costumes, working with make-up or to just be available to help in any other support roles for drama.
Stage hands to be available during dramas to move props on or off and help organize them etc.
Carpentry, Sewing, Building, Painting, Make-up, or general creativity.
Basic commitment: to be involved in a support role for one or two dramas to determine whether the volunteer is suited for a drama support role or whether they have other skills that could better serve the church and their own needs.
Further Commitments: Time commitments will be determined by the size of the production, the role of the volunteer and the amount of time needed to work with actors, to gather or create props, sets, or costumes etc.. This commitment will be clearly laid out as much as possible to the volunteer before accepting the role.
